Hello, everyone! I'm Jing-yi Huang. I'd like to thank every exchange students for their contributions to ROTEX. We were truly lucky to have taken part in the Youth Exchange Program. It's undeniable that we had gained a lot in our exchange year. Most importantly I'd like to thank all the Rotarians for their endless investment on us. With our collective efforts, the spirit of YEP and Rotary has been spread all around the world. Although I'm not able to participate in most of the events now, but ROTEX will always have my 100% support.

2000~2001

Jia-Ming Yang (Michael)

(1997-1998 Outbound to U.S.A.)

Hello! ROTEX has brought me so many good memories and experiences. I learned not only from the activites, but also from cooperating with fellow ROTEX memebers. Although it was a bit complicated and confusing when starting our organization, ROTEX gradually matured and went into a desirable direction. Our friendship  also increased through confronting challenges together. I'm truly honored to have taken part in the birth of ROTEX and assist Youth Exchange Program. Many thanks to all ROTEX members. Without you, we couldn't have gone this far.

2001-2002 Chi Lin

(1998-1999 Outbound to Germany)

Under several circumstances I became the third president of ROTEX, leading ROTEX to become  a more formal and structural organization. ROTEX has become a part of my life. It enriches me  through the interesting and harmonious  interaction between our members. I've truly learned a lot from it.

2002~2003

Franky Chen

(1998-1999 Outbound to Finland)

I believe everyone has his own talent. I, Franky, also have mine---my silver tongue.

I enjoy sharing happiness with others, and then show them my sincere smile. This is what I learned from my exchange experiences. It has helped me make a great deal of good friends. I enjoy sharing conversation with my friends, drinking beer, eating barbecue, and driving to the mountains occasionally for a good sunset or night view.  Other times I would drive to the beach and listen to the sound of the ocean, enjoying tranquility with myself.

2003~2004  Nai-Wen Wong (1999-2000 Outbound to U.S.A.)
